Whether you need us to manage the restaurant or the bus.
⏳ ADVANCE NOTICE REQUIRED.
To guarantee guide availability and ensure proper logistics (transport, restaurants, and tickets), bookings must be made at least 30 days in advance. Requests made outside this period will be subject to availability and prior confirmation.
💵 PAYMENT POLICY AND DEPOSITS.
To formalize the booking and block the date on our calendar, a 50% security deposit is required in advance. The remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer or Bizum at least 72 hours before the start of the activity. If the full payment is not received within this period, the booking may be automatically canceled, and the deposit will be non-refundable.
🚫 CANCELLATIONS.
Due to the private and personalized nature of our excursions and the associated logistical costs, the following conditions apply:
Cancellations more than 15 days in advance: Full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations between 15 and 7 days before the tour: 50% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations less than 7 days in advance: No refund will be issued.
No Show: In case of non-appearance on the day of the activity, the total amount paid will be forfeited.
⚠️ CANCELLATIONS BY VOLGA TOURS.
In case of cancellation by Volga Tours due to force majeure, operational impossibility, or exceptional circumstances, the client will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
🔃 MODIFICATIONS AND CHANGES.
Any changes regarding the number of participants, itinerary, schedules, or contracted services must be communicated as early as possible and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to partially modify the itinerary due to weather, traffic, security, or operational reasons, always ensuring the quality of the experience.
⏱️ PUNCTUALITY AND DELAYS.
The group must be at the meeting point at the agreed time. In case of delay, the waiting time will be deducted from the total duration of the tour (unless due to force majeure) to avoid disrupting the day's logistics.
♿ ACCESSIBILITY.
Before finalizing the booking, please inform Volga Tours if there are individuals with reduced mobility so we can assess the feasibility of the trip according to its specific characteristics.
